RealTimes

4^th September 2016

Dear Sir or Madam,

I played a video correctly in my laptop but it displays upside-down when I watch it in RealTimes (RealPlayer). I will be very grateful if you would offer some suggestions to fix the problem.

Sincerely,

Jiabo Liu

I would suggest you to install the following codec and then try playing the files again.

  http://fileforum.betanews.com/download/KLite-Codec-Pack_Full/1094057842/3

If the issue persists, please perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of RealTimes by following the below article:

  https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040013

Make sure you delete the RealPlayer folders as mentioned in the below article, before reinstalling RealPlayer.

  https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/220342848

NOTE: Deleting these folders will remove any playlists you've created; the files will remain in your library but the playlists will need to be re-created.

I wanted to let you know that we have edited your original post to remove your email address to protect your privacy. We recommend against posting any personal contact information in a public Community forum.
