Logging into Realplayer SP

 I am unable to sign in to realplayer SP. When doing so I'm advised either my email address/password are incorrect. Both details are definately correct. As both have been the same from day one. I need to access the 10 band  EQ. At the settings saved

On checking our records, I see that you have a basic RealTimes free account. The 10-Band Equalizer is a Premium Feature of RealPlayer. If you have a paid account, please login with the correct email and the corresponding password.

I have a free real time account which I set up on 3.9.16 so I could put this post on the community forum as it is the only way of getting intouch with you. 

But I'm having issues with my realplayer SP plus plan which I've paid for and had for about 5yrs and it will not accept my password to sign in. Even though IT'S  RIGHT. I've gone through the password reset process with a revised password and still encountering the same problem " please verify and re-enter your  . . . . . .  " I know my plan details so why am I having this problem. I need to access the 10 band EQ which I've paid for and has been saved at special settings. It was a one off payment for lifetime assess and I'm not dead yet and I need to access it ASAP
