Unable to sign in
I have RealPlayerCloudPlus (version 17), but I am unable to sign in. It tells me I am not connected, and to check my network connections (which are fine), I have tried the resolution on the help page (restart options etc) but to no avail. Can you help please?

To resolve, please perform a clean uninstallation of RealPlayer by following the below article:

Make sure you delete the RealPlayer folders as mentioned in the below article, before reinstalling RealPlayer.

NOTE: Deleting these folders will remove any playlists you've created; the files will remain in your library but the playlists will need to be re-created.Then, re-install RealPlayer Cloud by clicking the below link:
