    RealPlayer seems to auto-delete once it installs. Everything goes but the downloader, which returns a message that the parameters are incorrect. Can not find the download program anywhere. I worked with the Geek Squad on this and they deleted all my virus protections are were unable to find a solution. Suggestions?

    The application may have been corrupted or damaged. To resolve this issue, follow the below solutions:

    Solution 1: Deleting temporary Windows files and folders:

    Solution 2: Uninstall RealPlayer:

    Solution 3: Run Microsoft Fixit Tool:

    Go to http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall and run the Fixit program and remove all Real and Realdownloader from the list.

    Solution 4: Re-install RealPlayer:

    Once done, restart the computer and re-install RealPlayer by visiting www.real.com
