Hello guys!  I keep having this problem with you guys!@ Always wanting to take money from me when I paid for everything a few years ago!

  When you originally purchased RealPlayer Plus, you purchased version 16, which was a one-time charge. With that purchase, you received updates and support of that version for no additional fees or hidden charges. We are now offering RealTimes. This is a new product with new features.

  You can continue to use your current version without charge; however, please be aware that we are no longer making any updates to RealPlayer Cloud, RealPlayer 16 or earlier versions, and popular features such as Download This Video may not work on these versions. If you want the latest version with the additional plus features and automatic updates, it requires a RealPlayer Plus 18 or RealTimes Premium or Unlimited subscription.
