Issues with upgrade

I have been purchasing real player for about 6 yrs now what is going on. It did an upgrade itself and now I can't get you installed at all. Please send me a link to download and install I'm sick of clicking on one thing and sends you to something else.

 I am paid up till next yr. This is starting to aggravate me.

  I was going to upgrade, but now I might not ....  this sucks, because I love RealPlayer .... they use to come on to your computer and help you ...... Now they took that a way..... I am very disappointed with RealPlayer......
