video burning
On 11/25/13 I purchased real player Plus v16 for 29.99 Order No. (not listed for community). I wanted to be able to burn video to disks. I recently had to re-install my operation system and no I cannot and now if I chose to burn a video disk it wants me to spend 39.99 for v18. what gives? I do not wish to upgrade and spend more money than I all ready have . All I want is to have the version I paid for back...........

I see that you have purchased RealPlayer Plus 16. Although customers who purchased RealPlayer 16 Plus continued to enjoy their Plus features at no extra charge when we released RealPlayer Cloud, in the new RealTimes these features are available only with a Premium or Unlimited subscription. A subscription unlocks many more features than just the Plus features! Read more about features and pricing.
If you wish to reinstall RealPlayer Cloud/RealPlayer 16, you can do so from this page. Before installing, make sure you uninstall any existing versions of RealPlayer by following the article:
