Trouble burning CD

Hello i am suddenly having lots of trouble when the disc is burning it stops and the message "UKNOWN ERROR : 2130970881" ????????????? i have not a clue what this means i have been all through the internet and real player q&a and not seen this mentioned at all ? I have real player 16
Also could someone help me possibly remote assitance to get real player to work on chrome ? have been a great help before, also once the burning process has stopped the the Discs are of no use and it comes up "Not writeable" so i throw them away
