 In May 2016, I deactivated my RealTimes access. I did not see instructions to sign on and cancel my entire RealNetworks subscriptions. Now I cannot get on with the email address I thought I had. I want to cancel my entire service. I am still receiving a charge on my credit card and want to receive credit for the most recent billing. I had to start a new account in order to send this request. The phone number listed on my credit card statement DOES NOT provide access to billing support. Please help by responding to the email address provided and provide contact information that works.
