Unable to download videos
My real player hasn't worked for downloads for well over a year. No one will fix it. Theres NO live person to talk to, to fix it AND no tech support. So why should I pay for it ??? So unless I get a call from some one to fix it, I guess were done. xxxxxxxxxxx
