I used realplayer many years age but thought it was uninstalled. Then suddenly the other day a realplayer cloud icon appeared in My Computer in the Devices and Drives section. It is inactive (nothing happens when I click on it) but I cannot get rid of it. I have gone so far as reinstall Realplayer and uninstalled it using Revo uninstaller but no success. I am not the only one with this problem. There is no help to be found in a web search. What is the registry key that causes this icon to be displayed?
