TOLD SUPPORT WOULD END FOR PREMIUM PRODUCT ON OLD DELL COMPUTER XP. YOUR SITE ADVISED I DOWNLOAD 16 AGAIN TO UPDATE, SINCE SUPPORT WAS ENDING.SINCE THE UPDATE IT WON'T LET ME LOG IN NOW. MESSAGE FROM RP IS WE'RE SORRY WE ARE TEMPORARILY UNABLE TO SING YOU IN. I'VE RETRIED, STARTED OVER, ALL THAT. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON? *SUCKS MISERABLY THAT I PAY FOR PREMIUM & YOU ARE ENDING SUPPORT!!!

To resolve this issue, try uninstalling and re-installing RealPlayer 16 from the below article:

Once installed, sign in to access the Plus features.
