    Please describe what happens when you sign in. Please provide any error message that you see.

    i have  10 days ago downloaded real player mobile on my Ipad and I phone when i want to sign in using my realplayer  account on my pc  and using the account user and password which I know is 100 % correct i always get the message  Something went wrong  Just to make sure, I used the forgot password button  and reset the original password which again worked on my PC but when I use the same password to log in on the mobile version I once again got the same message  SOMETHING WENT wrong. Please let me know what I am doing wrong  willem noorland  wnoorland@erinoor.eu
