technical difficulties

using the real-player converter from wmv to mp4 the results are terrible : the result of the slide show was pictures that looked severely zoomed and cropped and unrecognizable ?? Running Realplayer16 on Windows7, any ideas how to correct

  We are no longer making any updates to RealPlayer Cloud, RealPlayer 16, or prior versions, so some features (such as Download This Video, DVD burn. convert) may or may not work on these versions.

  As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products.

  Many problems you might have using these older products can be resolved by upgrading to a current version, as long as your computer meets the current version's system requirements.

  We always recommend using our most current version, which you can download from www.real.com  The most current version is RealPlayer with RealTimes, available for customers on Windows 7 and higher (or Mac OS X 10.10 and higher).
