Plus+ version

On 28th Sept 2103 I purchased the Plus+ version which worked well until recently when I purchased a new laptop. When I login to your site it just shows the free version in my account and so my new laptop is not performing properly. My email address is norman.plummer@btopenworld.com Order  Number 4005404394

  You can download RealPlayer Cloud/RealPlayer 16 from the below article:

  https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040003

  Note: Make sure you uninstall any previous version of RealPlayer before installing RealPlayer Cloud/RealPlayer 16.

  Once installed, sign in to RealPlayer to access the Plus features.
