lost files
I had RealPlayer Plus16 on my computer. It started messing up, I started saving files but before I could get them all saved the computer crashed. I lost probably a couple hundred video/photos. My question is, can I search the cloud to see what was actually in my list? I'm not even sure what all was lost. There are a few videos that showed up on my new laptop once I downloaded the free app and signed in to my account. So I know some things were sent to the cloud that have been now retrieved. If there is a place to view what was there (other than my current laptop/ the new drive) is it possible to get them back, sent to this laptop?
I was using windows 10. Wouldn't you know most of what I lost was of grandchildren. I learned my lesson, I now have an external drive. I assumed because that icon of the cloud was on a lot of the videos, that they all were sent to the cloud, photos included.
My email address is wo**********m
Thank you for any help you can provide.

When you save files, RealPlayer stores all information about them in its database and creates a list of those files in its Library view. However, the files themselves are not stored in RealPlayer; they remain only in your PC hard drive.
Yes, the files having the Cloud icon were uploaded to RealCloud, so you can retrieve them back. However, your cloud storage space is private, so obviously we will not know what was uploaded to your Cloud. I'm sorry you have lost many files, I only wish that you had taken a backup of the files in an external Harddrive or Uploaded all the files to the RealCloud.
