I have tried several suggestions that I found online. Thought about upgrading to Premium. Don't know if that would work either. I have uninstalled Microsoft Update from 3/16/2017. Made no difference.....

Sorry for the experience. What exactly happens when you try to access RealPlayer? Did you receive any error messages? What version of RealTimes or RealPlayer is installed? (See https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204039513) What is the operating system of your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)? Do you have any security software installed (Norton, McAfee, AVG, etc.)?

I am trying to burn a DVD through google chrome. It gets as far as ready to burn and stops in the transferring phase. All the videos are in HD. Yesterday it would not download YouTube videos. I have already uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and still it would not work. I get messages that real player has stopped working. Please help!

I have McAfee security software installed and I am on Windows 10 operating system.

We have a known issue with certain videos where Downloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue. We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.
