why isn't my real player 15 not letting me sign in. i have a desktop windows 7 and 32 bit but i can not sign in plaese give me a call at xxxxxxxxxx thanks elvira i haven't had a computer in years but i saved my real player application when i bought it and i have it on my flash drive thank.

  As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it is not possible to continue supporting legacy and historic products, including RealPlayer 15 wherein the product cannot be downloaded or signed in.

  No email or phone support is available for these products. Product development has stopped, and no updates or security patches will be released for these product versions.
  
  Many problems you might have using these older products can be resolved by upgrading to a current version, as long as your computer meets the current version's system requirements.
