Still no sound

The answers to previous people's post with this problem are 7 years old, and the suggested links are broken.  I re-installed RealPlayer but am still getting no sound.  (Yes, I checked the volume control on my laptop!)

  Please follow these instructions and us a screenshot of your Volume Mixer.

  • Open RealPlayer and play a video.
  • Right click on the volume icon from your task bar and go to Volume Mixer.
  • Capture the screenshot and send it back to us.
