I updated to RealPlayer24.

When I go to People Search it tells me that it is not enabled.

I click Enable, and it takes me to preferences, where I tell them to search my library, and it has me download an update.

The update installs, and the system STILL tells me People Search is not enabled.  If I click  enable, the SAME thing happens AGAIN. 

I restart and reopen RealPlayer - ditto.

How can I enable this offline, or install the updated people search features in an offline mode?
