Real Player software download

I am trying to download Real Player to my new laptop but it does not work - have tried several times by uninstalling and reinstalling. Real Player still works on old laptop

  What happens when you install it on your new PC? Are you seeing any error messages? Can you please send us a screenshot of the error?

  I click Ok and nothing happens

  This means that your computer already has RealPlayer installed or some remnants of RealPlayer is still residing in the PC. Please go to your Add/Remove programs and if you find RealPlayer there, uninstall it. Restart your PC. Then go back to www.real.com and download and install the RealPlayer.

  The last update of Real Downloader does not work in Youtube on my laptop. Has someone the same problem ?

  Ricardo,

  We are noticing that this is a new type of error message coming from YouTube only. YouTube seems to have made changes on their end. Our engineers are trying to understand what changes they've made so we can come up with a resolution.
   
  Until such time, request you to download from other websites such as Vimeo, DailyMotion etc.
