Realplayer not working
I've had a paid sub to realplayer for years and now for the past month or so i have net been able to download anything.....why, what's going on???

I have the same problem, I have tried again and again to get in touch with someone in support who can tell me what is going on - but they all seemed to have disappeared, and don't want to deal with paying customers!

yeah, don't bother. they are not the company they used to be. Now they are just another greedy corporation with no interest in what customers want until it affects their bottom line. I was also a long time user (~20 yrs) but now they will get no more from me. the company, it's ethics and it's support are disgusting.
