I am trying to purchase the upgrade to Premium. I entered all the personal and payment information correctly, but it will not accept it.

  Downloader Does not work.

  I went premium, Stopped working Hours later.

  I paid for premium lifetime license and low and behold, now they want me to pay again for a license. I didn't realise that the lifetime they were referring to was that of a common housefly. they are getting no more from me for their janky software with their questionable practices. Will they care? probably not, they have my money now.

  Lifetime to these People is the Lifetime of the version, get an update, LOSE THE PREMIUM.

  You would have to pay again, according to these people.

  I do have to ask, Did you sign in?

  After you pay premium, you have, to sign in, to access the premium benifits.

  The versions often last no more than your common housefly lifespan.
