Losing Album information during conversion

Hi, I searched the community and could not find an answer to this.  I am using the free version and when I convert an album from WMA to MP3 all the album (artist, track, etc.) information is lost and it becomes "Unknown artist".  What am I doing incorrectly?

These albums were burned directly from a CD using Media Player.
