Video Download button has suddenly stopped appearing in Firefox
Hello. On1/2/2018 Firefox was updated to the latest version (ver. 58.0.1). Today (2/2/2018) whilst in the process of downloading a YouTube video clip in Firefox a message came up stating that the RealPlayer video downloader had stopped working, although the video clip successfully downloaded to completion. Afterwards the Video Download button had disappeared from the top of the screen. I have tried several ways to rectify the problem, including double-clicking the file 'downloader2.exe', and restarting my computer several times. I have also uninstalled RealPlayer and reinstalled it again. All to no avail. Please can you help? Thank you, George.
P.S. I also notice that the YouTube Video Downloader file 'videodl.exe' now resides under the path C:\Program Files\Real\RealPlayer, whereas in the past it used to be under C:\Program Files\Real\RealDownloader.

We are aware of the issue with the latest version of Firefox. Our engineers are working on resolving this. Until such time, request you to use an alternate browser.
We have made design changes to the latest version and therefore the file is in the correct folder now.
