details in queue

When I click on DETAILS in Queue I can not see details. Why?

  Can you please confirm what file formats these files are that are residing in your Queue?

  I see if there are files that are not compatible with RealPlayer, the details don't show up. If your files are regular MP4 videos, please reinstall RealPlayer.
