No playback from iOS 11.2.6

Recently Apple Updated my iPod & iPad to iOS 11.2.6 and I get no playback..

My devices recognize my RealPlayer/Realtimes on my laptop; but when I tap on the video to play, the device tells me "Inadequate Conection" (This Video Cannot Be Played).

This happened this past week when Apple updated me to iOS 11.2.6. It worked great before this update.

I uninstalled the programs on all devices and laptop then re-installed and set the required parameters. Still no playback. Is this something you  are currently working on?

I miss my RealTimes!
