Burning DVD they work on some video but not all

trying to burn my parents who are dead now the video I uploaded in YouTube when they were interviewed by Channel 5 Fox New York in the 80's 

But my RealPlayer Burner does not go through so I have to close them - I always update my software (it says I have the updated version). some videos works but not all why is that?
