a member inquire about a subscription on RP Plus, "where is my Plus?", the Official reply went to the member's email, and closed the comment utility. What good does this do to the other members with the same "me too" problem

The reason I closed that ticket is because we don't want to discuss personal information such as email address and other account related details in a public forum to protect our customer's privacy. If you have a similar problem, please let me know and I will email you requesting more information.
