Realplayer DVD burner stopped working
My Windows system runs 8.1 version and the Realplayer DVD burner was working just fine. Then it stopped giving me this message: "The software that's used to decode the media is not available on this system. Installing the correct decoders for the files you are working with may help to correct the problem." I reinstalled the Realplayer application and all of the CD/DVD burner components. It still will not burn a DVD. Odd that it worked fine, using it nearly every day and then it stopped. I have not had any updates to Windows 8.1 while using the Realplayer burner. So what would you suggest as a remedy?

You might be receiving this error if you are trying to burn a file that is not supported by RealPlayer burn feature . For example - .WebM files can be played in RealPlayer but can't be burned to a DVD.
To resolve this issue, please make sure you convert them to MP4 and burn.
