up until 2 weeks ago I could download youtube videos. now I cannot. the option to download is still there but nothing happens. I have not made any changes to my computer.

  To resolve this issue, please reinstall RealPlayer. Please note: we have a known issue with Firefox. You should be able to download using the next version (v.59) of Firefox.
