Cannot play DVD

I have premium, and cannot play DVDs on my laptop. l am able to play them on my desktop.

 I checked for new updates, no new updates. When I can eventually get to the DVD tab without program crashing. Main window says DVD inserted, and when I click on PLAY button on bottom left of window, IF program will allow me to,  RealPlayer crashes and get the Error Reporting window and program shuts down.

Was able to play DVDs for long time before, now I cannot. Is this due to Windows 10 or something else? Anyone know how to fix this?
