Unable to sign-in to real player application

I subscribed to Realplayer premium but cannot use the service as I am unable to sign-in to the real player application on my windows pc. When I click the sign-in nothing happens.

I am able to sign-in to the realplayer web page but not the desktop application

  Do you see any error message when trying to sign in? If so, please let me know what the error message states.

  Can you also please let me know the following:

  1. What is the version of Windows installed?

  2. What version of RealPlayer is installed on your PC?

  3. How long have you been having this problem?

  Windows 8.1
  Latest version of RealPlayer
  Two weeks
  
  Same problem as first person. I cannot log into RealPlayer but I can log into my account and this help forum with my email and password.

  Please over install RealPlayer to resolve this issue. Here is how to do that:

  1. Download RealPlayer from www.real.com

  2. Double click the installer to install RealPlayer

  3. You will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply click OK and continue. Screenshot below

  

  4. Follow the online instructions to complete installation.

  This should resolve the issue, if not, please let me know.

  Using Microsoft Windows Pro.  Unable to sign in from the application.  I tried changing the password, clearing cache, exiting and restarting.  Nothing works.  When I put the password and email in the sign in screen, then click to sign in, nothing happens.  I upgraded to 20/20 today.
