Tech Issue
I have had a premium membership for 2 years. I recently logged in on my phone and activated backup. My photos then disappeared but they are not in RealCloud. I am unable to add content. I am unable to send videos(less than 20 min) as I have in the past. Unable to add content from dropbox as well. There is no how to video on how to do any of this. I am concerned as to where all of my photos have backed up to.
