I paid for RealPlayer Plus but when I sign in nothing happens

    Please note that, older versions are not available in our system, and we are no longer supporting RealPlayer 16 and any version before that.

    As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products.

    We are now offering RealPlayer 18/RealTimes. This is the latest version of RealPlayer with many additional features. To access the Premium features of RealPlayer 18 will require a new purchase, because this is a new product.

    To Whom It May Concern;

    I find your official response disingenuous, deceptive; and, possibly fraudulent.

    Please explain in detail exactly the difference in ‘premium’ features I paid for when I upgraded to Real Player Plus on 06/16/12 – re: my order number: 4000545121 AND the ‘premium’ features if I upgrade to Real Player Plus today.

    I have purchased many software products from other companies – many offer upgrades – but they don’t render their old software useless – indeed they allow the old software & purchased updates – if any - to continue working albeit without additional features offered in unpurchased updates.

    I respectfully demand that you restore the premium features I paid for on 06/16/12 – especially if those same premium features are offered in the current Real Player Plus product you are soliciting customers to purchase.

    If you fail to restore the premium features I paid for on 06/16/12 immediately I will lodge a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the State of Texas under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act; and, I would urge other customers to do the same.
