distorted video playback
Go to play any of my music video's and it comes out all distorted, can't even make out the picture?????

I have the same problem. It happened after my internet service went out for a few days. When it came back up, half my Realplayer videos wouldn't play. Sound is fine, but video is scrambled. Someone help!

Hi, after I had updated my real player some months ago some of my videos, not all, in my windows computer video collection when I played them on real player became distorted. I deleted them and again downloaded the same videos using real player from YouTube to my computer video collection and when I play the videos on real player the sound is perfect but the visual is still distorted. An example is the video on YouTube called the Rat Pack, Sam's song with Dean Martin and Sammy Davis, Jr.
How can I get these videos to play normally on real player?

Sound is fine video's very distorted.
