error message when trying to burn dvd

When I select a  video from my RealPlayer Library to burn I get error message "SMAPI is disabled"

  This is the message I get when I try to copy a movie - 

  The software that's used to decode the media is not available on this system. Installing the correct decoders for the files you are working with may help to correct the problem.
