I paid for Realplayer and the app continues to stop responding while I am recording. Either the App works or refund my money.

I transferred my data from the cloud to my computer D drive. Now when I go to chrome on my Samsung phone and put in my sign in info I can't get the screen to open because the sign in procedure won't allow it to finish and bring up my data.
