some videos play but with scrambled pixels . . .
seems like every time there is an improvement put out by rp then a large part of my library won't play . . .
Please help with specific instructions on how to fix this . . .
and stop messing with it !

I have the same problem. Realplayer said months ago they were working on it - but obviously they have just blown us off. they wanted to take control of my computer to reinstall the old version. BS! they can create a link for the reinstall. No way those clowns are getting on my computer.
