Number of Users that may run RealPlayer/RealTimes 18 Plus on my Win 10 PC

Hi. One month ago I bought  RealPlayer 18 Plus application paying it € 35.99 and it is running well  when I open it as dministrator user. That means I may use the ReallPlayer and the RealTimes features. On the contrary, when I access the PC as a Standard User, I may run the RealPlayer mode correctly but there is no way tu use the Real Times Story Creator function because the programm hangs up searcing for the "Reader for PC.msi" file and the only way to exit from this status is to force the Termination (Abort) of the story creator program.
Please could You write me your answer by mail, being I a registered Real Player 18 Plus user?
