Problem with Realtime/Realdownloader after downloading files
Got problem with files stuck in the Realtime/Downloader. I use Windows 7.
After the most recent update, I was able to download video files, but after the download I experienced problems.
Normally I rename the file after downloading is complete. When I do this, an error message says the file is still open in the downloader. I downloaded 6 files after the update, 3 of them was OK, and 3 had this problem.
The workaround was I'm able to copy the file into another folder, rename it there, and it would be OK. But I'm unable to delete the original downloaded file because the file is open.
Funny thing is, for 2 of the 3 problem files, if I wait 2 or 3 hours, I'm able to rename or delete the file. The one remaining file say "Importing …." for an hour or two before the computer went to sleep. But I made a copy of this file, renamed it, was able to view it with no problems.
So in summary, the file is stuck in the downloader.

It is possible that the "Importing" situation happens when there is any delay in Internet speeds at that point in time or something wrong with the specific video you are downloading. Anyway to resolve this, please follow the instructions from the below link.
