fallo al actualizar
I have been using your RealPlayer product on my computer for years ... And it has been telling me for a few days that there is an update, but ... If I access the direct update, and I want to update it, it indicates that there are scripts that do not ... , or something like that that does not let me move on, then I see that there is an alternative way, I go to this form and a file is downloaded to my computer: RealTimes-RealPlayer_en.exe. and when I give it to update in that way I get a window that says: The stub3201.dll component of the installer is missing or damaged ...
With which I can not update in any way ...
I'm sorry, it sure is something simple but I do not know.

Tengo desde hace años su producto RealPlayer en mi ordenador... Y ya hace días me indica que hay una actualización, pero... Si accedo a la actualización directo, y quiero actualizar me indica que hay un scripts que no va..., o algo así que no me deja seguir adelante, entonces veo que hay una forma alternativa, acudo a esta forma y se descarga un archivo en mi ordenador: RealTimes-RealPlayer_es.exe. y cuando le doy para actualizar de ese modo me sale una ventana que indica: Falta el componente stub3201.dll del instalador o está dañado...
Con lo cual no puedo actualizar de ningún modo...
Lo siento, seguro que es algo sencillo pero no sé.
Espero si es posible me indique qué puedo hacer.

Please follow these steps to resolve your issue:
1. Go to Control Panel and uninstall RealPlayer.
2. Go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed and download and run the installer.
3. Once the Fixit program opens, click Next.
4. Select Uninstalling.
5. You will see a list of programs installed. Scroll down and look for "Video Downloader". Select that and click Next and click on "Yes, try uninstall". This will remove the application.
6. Run the Fixit program once again. (You will need to run this program a few times)
7. Follow steps 4 and remove the following programs (in the said order)
a. RealUpdgrade 1.1
b. RealDownloader
c. RealDownloader
Note: You have to run Fixit each time you want to uninstall these applications.
8. Delete Real & RealNetworks folders from
a. C:\Program Files (x86)
b. C:\Programdata
c. C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming
d. C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\LocalOnce you have uninstalled all of them and deleted the folders, restart your computer. Download RealPlayer from www.real.com. Ideally, this should install properly.
