Real Downloader
Still can't get downloader to show up in FireFox. It used to work long ago but not for a long time now. Everything is current on my PC, all latest updates for MS, FireFox, Real, etc. Doesn't seem to work in IE either.

Can you please let us know the following:
1. What version of Windows is installed? (Is it 32bit or 64bit)
2. What version of Firefox is installed? (Is it 32bit or 64bit)
3. To resolve DTV in IE, please follow the instructions from this link:
