Realtime cloud storage

I have uploaded and stored thousands of photos and video footage to RealTimes cloud storage ... I pay for unlimited storage. It is now empty! As well as all of the albums I had created. How do I get them back into cloud storage and into the albums without having to do it manually. Also... this has happened on more than one occasion. It happens EVERYTIME there is an update
