Realplayer downloads but does not play anything, videos or music
Just bought realplayer plus. It used to work with free version. I can run the videos and music files on VLC, so they are not corrupt. When I try to run either in realplayer itself or by selecting "run using" the realplayer screen loads, but never plays anything. If I select the run arrow, Windows 10 says the application is not responding.

Something must have gone wrong with the installation hence this issue. To resolve it, please reinstall RealPlayer.
