Real Player is a rip off you pay for the application/service and they upgrade and you lose your premium access! I would not pay them anything and there is no customer service!

  BE VERY AWARE, AN AMERICAN SCAM COMPANY, THEY SAY ONE OFF PAYMENT, BUT AFTER LESS THAN 12 MONTHS THEY TOOK MY ENTITLEMENT AWAY! PAY THESE SCAM ARTISTS NOTHING.
