Empty albums

I’m Patrick Chaltiel , premium member for the third year.
I just payed my 2018 premium illimited membership (99,99€)...but it seems I can’t get access (on the new version of Real times) to my albums (the names of the albums are still there, but empty!... on my MacBook as well as my iPhone and iPad
Can toi help me fix this problem as soon as possible

PS: How can I get help online from Realnetwork? assistance mail adress?
