download this video

 I have used ReakPlayer for years. All of a sudden I can't get "Download this video" to come up on SingSnap, a karaoke site I have used since 2007 with no problems. If I can't use this feature then there is no use of me having RealPlayer. I need to have someone to help me get this feature back on SingSnap.

  This works if you use Internet Explorer. It doesn't work with other browsers.

  Please ensure your Downloader plugins are enabled. Here are instructions to enable to Downloader plugins.

  I follow your instructions to download videos and I still get the same message ( no video to download ) Please fix this problem

  James,

  Please follow these steps to resolve your issue.

  1. Open Chrome, Firefox or Edge browser
  2. Go to YouTube and play any video
  3. Click on the Download button (You will still receive a "No videos to download" message)
  4. Close the browser
  5. Restart your PC and go back to download a video now. (Step 3 through Step 5 will update the RealDownloader and you should be able to download videos again)

  If the downloader still doesn't work for you, please let us know.
