Realpalyer convereter is causing error 1

I tried to covert an audio file to MP3 and kept getting errors like the file is on a removable media and it was not, or error 1 and the file was not converted. it took me long time to find this option to convert the file to MP3 and then get this error 1.This file converter is not working properly.
