failed to convert from wma to mp3 of realplayer in windows 10

 I didn't have any problem to download the wma file from youtube to realplayer in windows 10.  However when I clicked "convert to mp3", I got the message "failed to convert".  I have been reinstalled and tried different ways many times but still keep getting the same error message.  Please help.  My realplayer is the newest version and I also tried Google chrome, IE, Edge, Firefox but still the same.  I feel very frustrated...

  Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback, conversion. You can install it from the link below:

  http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm

  After installing the codec, restart your computer and try converting again.
